Is my older male rat being too aggresive?

I just bought a younger male rat companion for my 2 month old rat. I was sort of worried to introduce them due to my older rat not being raised with the new rat and that might cause issues. Well they seem to be getting along, my older one is getting on top of him and peeing on him which i read just means he is showing dominance. But ever since i put them in the same cage which is a large ferret cage (so they have a lot of room) the older male seems to be a little aggressive.. No blood or major biting, but he seems to be shoving and being a little to rough. The little one is squeaking but he seems to be following the older one around? so should i be worried or is this normal for them? Should i take the little one out of the cage ?
