Should the death penalty be bought back in the UK?

I agree there should be a death sentence if you can prove with certainty. like there is no chance that that he is innocent. and if there is a chance that he is innocent then he should get life . but i dont know if you can do it. imagine how many people have been innocent and put to death . how tragic that is.
