Why are people so serious?

Ha! You are hilarious. Where do you do stand up, I would come out to see you if you were close. I agree. I had this conversation with my girlfriend. I think I offended someone we were having dinner with, it wasn't my intentions but damn, why is everyone so serious. I don't think she wants to talk to me again, now I feel bad but why do I feel bad? I shouldn't, they should lighten up :)
