If an animal attacks like say a big dog attacks someone should it not be the animal that is charged and not the owner? Because we all know that dogs know what they are doing, they choose to attack things so should they have to pay the penalty for their actions? It's not better than a for sure goal because the defender will be "stopping an obvious goal-scoring opportunity by handling the ball" which is the exact wordage for one of the possible reasons to give a red card. So, they would stop the goal, but a penalty kick would be awarded and that's as close to a sure goal as you're going to get, and on top of that they would be sent off and not be able to play the rest of the game (leaving his team shorthanded) as well as the next (meaning a starting defender's benched).

Well i had the same issue. What you need to do is separate them and take a super light scented deodorant or something similar and put it on your hands then pet both pigs with the same scent. Reintroduce them and they won't be able to smell a difference between themselves. because they can't smell a difference they won't know who is dominant any more. it worked for me but you still have to work to get them to like each other. also separating them for as long as possible, but still keeping them close, like putting them in 2 different cages side by side is a good idea. Also letting them on the floor or a large open space with several hiding spots and the food and water in one area will allow them to run away from eachother but they will still have to be together when they want to eat. try tempting them to stand together by hand feeing them grass on your lap. hope this helps!

As already stated, it's hard to say without seeing the dog, I would say go see a trainer, dominance over another dog is hard to say. With your smaller male, he is smaller then her so she may think she is more dominant, which is sometimes the case. The water bowl sounds like she is guarding. If she's aggressive towards other dogs, this may be an aggression issue, which trainer would help you with, but you could also continue to tell her no when she does these things and use positive reinforcements. So say "No, share" for example when she is with the water bowl and when she backs off praise her a lot. Some dogs get this way when they aren't getting enough exercise too. I'm not sure if this is the case or not. A trainer is your best bet though. I wish you luck :)

Why wont my Greyhound walk with me?

My family adopted a female greyhound about 3.5 years ago and I think she is currently 5 years old. She has always been shy and fearful around other dogs but we have also seen her playful side (inside the house). We try to walk her every day and she walks well with my mum and with my dad, and also if there are 2 or more people walking then she has no problem. When I try to walk her she refuses to move. I really don't like doing it but I have to drag her a fair way, until she realises that turning around would be longer than continuing on towards home. My mum gets really annoyed with me because she thinks I am not showing my dominance to the dog, and not walking her correctly or something. She says stuff like 'you hold her on a short leash and when she stops, you say be assertive, say 'no' and keep walking', and I usually end up yelling at my mum because that totally doesn't work and nothing i say to the dog really influences her at all. I have tried everything in getting my dogs to quit fighting. NOTHING works! Someone told me to try pepper spray just as a back up but im hoping there might be something else i can use. Water wont work and I have done the Alpha bit with both dogs. Sat on them, held them down, etc. I have watch the dog whisper and nothing. My Great Dane is a passive dog. He would rather watch the grass grow than fight but when my Akita growls he goes on the defensive (protective) but my Akita is a different story. Why does my older dog lick my younger dog's private?

So I recently adopted a smaller, younger beagle home. Both beagles are male and fixed. For some odd reason, the younger one keeps putting his privates in the older dogs face and my older dog proceeds to lick for minutes. This happens 5-10 times a day. I am not sure which dog is pack leader at this point. They are still battling it out. At least I think... Tax question --- getting the IRS to act?

I am the guy who went in and filed 3 years worth of taxes two weeks ago because the IRS had inputed my income and thought I owed them a lot of taxes and penalties. As it turns out, once I finally filed the 1040's, I have a refund for 2 of the years and I just owe a few hundred for the third year...not the $44,000 the IRS inputed for me. But even though I have now filed the late tax returns and they show I don't own anything like $44,000, the IRS advisor I am working with says it will be 8 to 10 weeks before my returns are processed, and in the meantime the IRS will continue to pursue me for the $44,000. He says I could have my bank account leined, etc, but that if they take my money they will probably refund it at some later date. But that would shut me down as far as writing checks, ect. This guy with the IRS says there is no way he can halt the process until the returns are finally processed by the IRS. Does anyone know of a way that I can get the IRS office where I turned in the taxes (and which AGREES that I owe nothing or little at all) to simply pick up the phone and talk with the collections office? This is crazy!

I have this weird talent to manipulate people. It started when I was a kid. I used to talk my way through my parents and get what I want out of them even though it seems unreasonable and irresponsible of my parents. As I grew up, I learned how to observe people, find weakness in them, and use it as leverage to bend them to my will. For the second question, get a squirt bottle and set it to a single stream not a mist. Fixed Penalty Notice Advice?

I was issued a fixed penalty notice on the 9th June. I am hacked off getting it in the first place as my SORN car was parked in a car park I thought was private for residents. Turns out there are some weird and wacky rules about what counts as public road. I have 21 days to pay it. I have phoned the office today for the third time only to be told to phone back again another day because the notice hasn't been posted on their system. Overcharged by a business and receiving payment back in installments?

Long story short but a gym continued to charge my bank account for an annual membership after it had already been paid off. Now he's served 16 years and i heard they were trying to pass a bill to get rid of life without parole. He's earned several certificates for numerous things and is manager of the tag plant at his prison. Surely if such a bill was passed he'd be a shoe in for parole. English Bulldog Spayed?

I adopted an English Bulldog back in December. I was told she was spayed at the time. I was also told she was house broken/potty trained and that she was not aggressive. I found out quickly that she wasn't, in fact, house trained/potty trained and she does get aggressive. She does have some scars on her belly, but with this breed, if they are pregnant, they deliver the puppies via C-Section which can also lead to scarring. Here we are 6 months later and she is trying to hump my male. She tried to hump him and he moves away from her but then she sniffs his private and tries humping again. Is this her trying to show dominance over my male, or could I have possibly been lied to about the spaying? Maybe it was for their piece of mind to make sure I wasn't taking her with the intentions of breeding? I have not seen any blood but she has been outside and refusing to come in for more than a few minutes. Hi I'm from Ireland and I'm a 25 year old man. Ever since my mid teens I've noticed that more and more people sound a bit North American or try to and use some of their expressions, such as 'dude', 'awesome' and 'oh snap'. It seems too the most likely people to behave so are the more well off people in our country. I don't mind people who are actually from this region or lived there for some time sounding so but when I hear people here who I know are Irish sounding so I just think it's awful. I mean what's wrong with our accent? There's no reason to sound like that. I lived in Canada for sometime which has a similar sounding accent and uses a lot of the American expressions but I never picked it up. In my opinion it's obviously that part of the worlds major cultural influence that is the reason for this trend. I have seen in documentaries and read and anyone will agree that English is now the main language in the world. Countries all over the world have it taught in schools and it is the language of business and diplomacy, if you want to be successful your chances are better with English. In my opinion because of the spread and dominance of English all languages will fade and there will only be the dominant language of the global age and it's accent will be the North American, all others faded. I've have Harli (a 12 pound italian grey hound) for over a year now and have never had an issue with him snapping at anyone including my four year old little brother (even though my brother has always played rough with him). Then yesterday Harli had a bone he was chewing on and my brother tried to come up and pet him, Harli snapped at him and actually bit his nose hard enough to make him bleed. We thought it must have been isolated incident caused by the new bone but today they were playing together with a rope and Harli did it again getting alarmingly close to my brother's eye.
